1. Southwestern Employee Payroll Donation
Offline by downloading the Employee Donation Form and submitting it to the SWC foundation.
2. Offline Individual donation to pay by check, with an option for matching employer donation (Download Offline Donation Form)
You can increase your donation with an employer match. Check with your employer's HR department to determine if your employer makes matching gifts.

You have the option of making a one-time donation or a recurring monthly sustainable donation.
Donations are deposited to the SWC Foundation Bank Account.
